ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency opened in 2012 and continues to grow, with a strong focus on building a high-energy, relationship-driven team. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in sponsorship sales for MLB teams and managed a concert venue, bringing a unique, people-focused and sales-driven background into the business.I attended Ball State and am a proud parent of two sons who both play college baseball. Outside of work, I stay closely connected to the community through local high schools, sports leagues, food drives, and holiday meal initiatives. For our team, we offer PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k), group life benefits, additional bonus opportunities, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is fun, outgoing, and team-oriented. We enjoy quarterly events, happy hours, and activities like Topgolf and bowling, along with regular contests and team hangouts outside of work.
